George Richard King Sr and Maria Howell

George Richard KING was born in 1804 to Enoch and Mary King. George and his children were baptised in St. Leonard's Shoreditch Church in London England. They moved to Ypsilanti, Washtenaw Michigan around 1833. George Sr. owned a grocery store GR King and Sons in Ypsilanti. George and Maria's children were: Charles E. KING (1823-1891) m. Susannah SEWELL of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw, MI Edward Howell KING (1830-1908) m. Julia Ann PALMER of Ypsilanti, Washtenaw MI (Daughter of John Palmer and Charlotte Teresa Sailly of Plattsburg NY) Elizabeth KING (1838-1857) married William Peck Maria Ann KING (1818-1913) m.
